At GraceWillowFaith, each product is made with care and created especially for you. Because many of our products are made to order, we kindly ask that you review your order carefully before purchasing.

Returns

We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at gracewillowfaith@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item

Items must be unused and in original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Wrong size selection

• Change of mind

• Buyer’s remorse

• Sale items

• Gift cards

Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund after review.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Your item must be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your claim, we will notify you whether your refund or replacement is approved. 

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or credit card providers may take additional time to process the refund.
